Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. All photos are taken from actual items. Colors may vary slightly based on screen settings, but the product remains the same.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your receipt will be emailed after you place your order. You can also find it in your account under “My Orders.”
How can I return an item?
Send your order number and reason for return to our support team. We will guide you through the steps. Items must be unused, with tags.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Some items are restocked based on demand. You can select “Notify Me” on the product page to get an update when it returns.
Where can I ship my order?
We ship across Sri Lanka. If you need international shipping, contact our support team to check availability.
